Questions about NA in Greensburg
How many NA meetings are there in Greensburg?
21 meetings sit within 10 miles of Greensburg.
Are there weekend meetings near Greensburg?
5 of them fall at the weekend and 16 during the week.
How many of these meetings are open?
The list above includes 17 open meetings.
Is it worth looking beyond the list above?
If you will travel further, another 146 are inside 25 miles.
What time do meetings in Greensburg start?
The earliest starts at 10:00 AM and the latest at 9:00 PM.
Am I welcome at a meeting if I take prescribed medication?
You can attend. Groups differ in how they talk about medication, and both of those things are true at once. Members who have been through this are often the most useful people to ask afterwards. What you take is nobody's business in the room unless you choose to raise it.
Do online NA meetings count?
Online meetings became ordinary and have stayed ordinary. In person puts you in a room with people who will recognize you next week, and that is the part online does less of. If none of the times above work, online is the one that has more of them.
What does a sponsor actually do?
A sponsor is a member who makes themselves available to one other member. What a sponsor is for is the steps, which is narrower than general life advice. A home group, meaning one meeting you go to regularly, usually comes before a sponsor does.
