Questions about NA in Lancaster

Are there NA meetings in Lancaster, OH?

There are 33 meetings within 25 miles of Lancaster, and the schedule above lists every one by day and time.

Is there an accessible venue in Lancaster?

Wheelchair access is noted on 16 of the rows above.

Are there meetings outside working hours?

The earliest starts at 9:30 AM and the latest at 8:00 PM.

Which towns are these meetings in?

The towns in range are led by Columbus with 18, Bexley with 2 and Logan with 1.

Which day has the most meetings in Lancaster?

If you want the most choice, Wednesday carries 8 of them.

Can I go to NA if I am on methadone or Suboxone?

You can go. Some rooms are more comfortable with this subject than others. The subject comes up more in some meetings than others, and it is not usually the hour's topic. Any medical question about the medication itself goes to the person who prescribed it.

Do I have to believe in God to go to NA?

No, and there are members who hold no belief of any kind. The fellowship takes no position on religion and declines to be drawn on it, which is one of its traditions. Members will answer this plainly if you ask at the end.

Can I just sit and listen?

No, and saying nothing is so common that it goes unnoticed. A speaker meeting is one member telling their story for most of the hour, which means almost nobody else speaks at all. An online meeting lets you keep the camera and the microphone off.
