Questions about NA in Wake Forest

How many NA meetings can I get to from Wake Forest?

37 meetings, listed above earliest first for each day.

Are any of these meetings virtual?

Online, 8 are available near Wake Forest.

Is NA free?

No. NA does not charge for meetings and does not accept money from outside it. The money a group collects covers rent, literature and refreshments, and nothing else. Nothing on this site asks for your details or your money either.

Is it wrong to look into this without telling them?

You cannot make anyone attend, and a meeting only does anything for someone who decided to be there. Most people go when a particular thing happens, not when they are persuaded, so having the details ready matters more than the argument. If they ask tomorrow, having an answer ready is the whole of what you can do today.

What is the NA program?

The twelve steps are the program members work through, usually with a sponsor, over a long stretch of time. The wording of the steps is the fellowship's own and is printed in its literature, which groups usually have on the table. Start with the hour. The rest is a decision for later.
