Questions about NA in Braintree
How many meetings are near Braintree?
55 meetings within 10 miles of Braintree, spread across 7 days of the week.
Is there a meeting before work?
There is 1 morning meeting, before nine.
Do meetings run on Saturday and Sunday?
12 of them fall at the weekend and 43 during the week.
Are any of these meetings virtual?
Online, 11 are available near Braintree.
Which meetings have wheelchair access?
14 meetings are listed as wheelchair accessible.
Can I make someone go to NA?
You can open the door. You cannot walk them through it. An open meeting lets you see what you would be sending them into. Going to an open meeting yourself first is allowed and tells you more than reading will.
Should I go to NA or AA?
NA does not separate alcohol out from other drugs, which is the main difference between them. NA members talk about drugs generally rather than naming one substance, which some people find easier. This site lists the meetings of both, so either schedule is available to you.
Which meeting should I go to first?
The nearest one on a day you are free, which is usually the whole of the decision. A discussion meeting has members talking in turn, and a speaker meeting is mostly one person's story. Every row above gives the time, the distance and the format.
