Do I need treatment as well as meetings?
Meetings and treatment do different jobs, and a lot of people use both. Coming off opioids, benzodiazepines or alcohol without medical supervision can be dangerous, and that part is not something a meeting can watch. Going to a meeting this week does not rule anything else out.
