NUWAY Alliance is a nonprofit organization established in 2019. Its mission is to provide leadership, innovation, and recovery access in response to local and national trends in behavioral healthcare. The organization oversees several treatment centers and programs, including NUWAY®, Cochran Recovery Services, The Gables, and the NUWAY Recovery Foundation.
NUWAY Alliance offers a comprehensive range of evidence-based treatment services for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. These include outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential programs. Their treatment approaches integrate techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and 12-step Facilitation and are tailored to meet individual needs.
Key services provided by NUWAY Alliance include:
- Residential Treatment: Medium-intensity residential programs that offer structured and supportive environments for recovery.
- Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP): These programs provide flexible treatment options that allow clients to continue with their daily responsibilities while receiving care. They include group and individual counseling, trauma-informed care, and connection to community resources.
- Telehealth Services: These are available for those who require flexible treatment options that can be accessed remotely.
NUWAY Alliance is dedicated to creating safe and inclusive environments, being GLBTQIA+ friendly, and providing trauma-informed and medication-assisted treatment and recovery options. They also focus on partnerships with recovery residences to enhance the quality and accessibility of supportive housing for those in recovery.
